昔、銀座3丁目に「新三浦」があった頃には接待で使っていた。2011年に閉店以来、移転した築地店を使うこともなくなったが、今回少しカジュアルなセカンドライン「新三浦ガーデン」を初めて使ってみた。
元々は博多に本店のある創業110年超の老舗。
前菜に「煮こごりや筍、海老…等」、「つくね焼き」と続く。そして鶏スープをまず一杯。たっぷり10時間以上煮詰められたこの一品が今夜のすべてのベースになる。美味い…。
続いて白濁スープで煮た「鶏肉とだんご」は鳥肉の柔らかさ、肉質のしっかり感が伝わりいい感じである。
アサツキの入ったポン酢を少しつけて食べると食欲を刺激する。
もう鶏肉お代わり後、野菜が鍋に入る。白菜、エノキ、椎茸、ネギなど。甘みのある野菜たち。そしてシンプルに硬めのご飯は鍋の中で雑炊になる。玉子をサーッとかけて火を止めて出来上がり。雑炊、ポン酢、お新香、絶妙バランスでSO GOOD。
かつて銀座にあった新三浦のランチに出る親子丼が美味しかったことを、ふと思い出した。そうだ、今度はランチで親子丼に来てみよう。
