朝早く場外市場を探索して、いいものねーかなと魚、肉、野菜を探す。
一通り買い物が終わると腹が減る。
そこで向かうのが、はいばらの鰻重を食べに行くのだ。

食べるためには2号店に行かないとね。
はいばらのすごいところは、鰻重にきも焼きがついてくること。
きも焼きはオプションのお店が大半でしょ。
きも焼きが最初から鰻重とセットになっていて気分は最高なんだよね。
うなぎは、ぶどう山椒をすりおろして
香り豊かな鰻に花を添えて、
お箸でうなぎをガッと捕まえて食べる。

はいばら 築地の鰻屋の名店である。隣には外国で育てた日本うなぎを売るお店もあるが、やはりここは日本の職人が焼いたうなぎだな。
混んでるけど回転は早いから、並ぶべし。
はいばらのうなぎは、ぶどう山椒をかけて食べる。
この山椒がうまいこと。
うなぎの焼けた香ばしい香りに山椒の香り。
肝吸いをいただきながら、うなぎ食べて、最後にきも焼きをいただくとする。
