明治からつなぐ、おもてなしの心得
明治六年、新富町に花柳界（芸者衆の街）が出来た頃より商売を始めさせて頂き、お陰様で創業140年を超えることが出来ました。 お客様に喜んで頂く事は勿論のこと、弊店に代々伝えられているおもてなしの心得 『寛（くつろ）ぎの場であれ』 を大切に、ご自宅に居る以上にお寛ぎ頂ける場である事と理解し、板場の者や仲居の者達と共に邁進して参ります。 |
東京勤務していた頃から気になっていた雰囲気抜群の割烹料理屋。なんと明治5年創業って凄いじゃないですか。しかしランチはかなりリーズナブルです。カウンターに座り、天ぷら御膳(1200)を注文。
天ぷらはひとつひとつ揚げたてを食べられます。7つ出てきましたが海老が２つ、大葉が２つ、きすにいかにかぼちゃといったラインナップでした。大葉2つは間違えてないかな...。他に小鉢二つ(煮物と酢の物)。味噌汁は合わせ、ご飯にデザートにみかんが付きました。
老舗割烹ですが繊細さは感じなかったりですが、肩肘張らずに老舗の粋を味わえて逆に良かったです。
調理を担当している大将がホールの女性に小言をやたら言うのですが、女性の受け流し方が秀逸でなんか微笑ましかったです。
夜は...予算の関係でやめておきます。
