明治からつなぐ、おもてなしの心得
明治六年、新富町に花柳界（芸者衆の街）が出来た頃より商売を始めさせて頂き、お陰様で創業140年を超えることが出来ました。 お客様に喜んで頂く事は勿論のこと、弊店に代々伝えられているおもてなしの心得 『寛（くつろ）ぎの場であれ』 を大切に、ご自宅に居る以上にお寛ぎ頂ける場である事と理解し、板場の者や仲居の者達と共に邁進して参ります。 |
明治初めの創業で150年の歴史、付近が花街だった頃の面影を残す風格のある佇まい。
お店正面から向かって右側がリーズナブルなランチをいただける入口。職人によって仕事を施された天麩羅を揚げたてのまま頂くことができて、一人前1200円ほどは破格であろう。
オーダーは1900円の1.5人前。衣はどちらかといえば薄めで、香ばしい揚げ油の香りが薫る。海老が3本出されること、前半は一品ずつ後半はまとめて提供されるという出し方であることが特徴的。
