明治からつなぐ、おもてなしの心得
明治六年、新富町に花柳界（芸者衆の街）が出来た頃より商売を始めさせて頂き、お陰様で創業140年を超えることが出来ました。 お客様に喜んで頂く事は勿論のこと、弊店に代々伝えられているおもてなしの心得 『寛（くつろ）ぎの場であれ』 を大切に、ご自宅に居る以上にお寛ぎ頂ける場である事と理解し、板場の者や仲居の者達と共に邁進して参ります。 |
午前１１時３０分過ぎ、訪問しました。
ご昼食 スタンドのメニューである 海老天丼膳 1,100円を発注しました。
小鉢（推定では、白滝と思われます。）、ご飯（天丼なので、当たり前です。）、お味噌汁（具だくさんです。）、お新香及び水菓子（総価格から考えて、努力の品だと思います。）付とされています。
天ぷらに関しては、衣類にあぶらの匂いが残ります。
これはこれで、天丼を食べてきたという風情としてよいのですが、Go To Eat キャンペーン Tokyo 紙（アナログ）のみ対応のリストに本日現在も掲載されているのに、対応できないとするのは、いかがかと思います（一方で、小池知事からのメッセージが貼ってあります。）。
アド街ック天国新富町に関する放送の第3位であり、店舗としては国登録有形文化財であるなど、数多くの媒体で評価されているので、放置はいかがなものかと思った次第でした。
