明治からつなぐ、おもてなしの心得
明治六年、新富町に花柳界（芸者衆の街）が出来た頃より商売を始めさせて頂き、お陰様で創業140年を超えることが出来ました。 お客様に喜んで頂く事は勿論のこと、弊店に代々伝えられているおもてなしの心得 『寛（くつろ）ぎの場であれ』 を大切に、ご自宅に居る以上にお寛ぎ頂ける場である事と理解し、板場の者や仲居の者達と共に邁進して参ります。 |
平日11時半過ぎに訪問。
ほとんどのお客さんがカウンターで揚げたての天ぷらを楽しんでいました。
カウンターは隣席との間にアクリルボードあり。
■鰈煮おろし膳 1,320円
時間が掛かると言われましたが、10分程度で提供。
全く問題ないスピード感です。
たっぷりの大根おろしの下には揚げた鰈。
暑い日にさっぱりして良かったのですが、なぜか食べ進めるうちに汗だくに…
ごはんは大盛り無料。
こちらはホールの女性の接客がとても心地よいです。
おばあちゃん家に来たようなフレンドリーさ。
お会計は現金のみ。
ちなみに、土曜日は何度かお店の前を通りましたがいつも閉まっています。
