華の木曜日の夕餉。東銀座（旧名 木挽町）の古民家蕎麦屋にていただきました。当店は店内の写真撮影は厳禁ですが、堅苦しさはありません。本日、注文は入店前から決めていた、つけ天とそばどうふと御酒。お酒はどうされますかと親方に聞かれたので「温燗で」と頼むと、良い感じに、そばどうふとお通し蕎麦味噌と一緒に出してもらえました。「つけ天はどうされますか」と聞かれたので、少ししてからとお願いし、声を掛けてから作ってもらうことに。実に丁寧な仕事をされる親方と感心します。
全てに無駄がなく！全て美味しく見栄えも良い。音楽などない店内に寛ぎのときが流れます。値段は木挽町の良心価格。次回はもり、その次は冷かけすだちを中心に頼もうかと思います。とってもとっても美味しゅうございました。
