東京五輪前の2019年オープン、銀座キャピタルホテル萌木の一階にある、ホテル・ダイニングです。
徐々に回復しつつある観光需要を受けて、美味しそうなランチがありましたので、入ってみました。
◾️牛ロースとノルウェー・サーモンのＷメイン盛合せ 1,500円
先ずは、パンかライス、ライスも白米か十五穀米を選びます。
そして、ドリンクバーからお好きなドリンクを調達。特に、珈琲にはかなりこだわっている感じ。
牛ロースは柔らかな赤身に、ベリー系の複雑なソース。サーモンは皮目をパリッと身はふっくら。
この日のスープはトマト味のミネストローネ。サラダも新鮮で、付け合わせもオッケー！
ゆっくり食後のコーヒーを飲んで、この値段ですから、決して高くはありませんよね。
