本日のお昼ごはんは、築地のOSTERIA Naturaleさん！
別に築地で食べようとか思ったわけではないのですが、午前が埼玉方面に車で行き、午後は浜松町で会議ということで、たまたま通りがかりが築地であっただけで、ちょうど公衆トイレが路上に確かあったな
という理由だけで車を停め用を足し、近くにあったこちらのお店に突入♂️
築地場外のエリアから大通りを一本挟んだ側にちょっと入ったあたりです。
地下一階のお店で、暗くて狭い階段を降りていく感じなので一瞬大丈夫かななんて思いましたが、何せ場所は築地魚介系のパスタがきっと美味いという期待感で飛び込みました
小さな喫茶店のような個人店ですがほぼ満席で流行ってる様子

・三元豚の自家製スティンコと釜揚げしらすと青のりのフリッタータ
スープ付き
スープはお野菜がごろっと入ってて優しいお味
パスタはパンチはないけどまぁ普通に美味しい。
フリッタータもまぁそんな感じ
スティンコというのは豚の骨付き肉の煮込みということになるらしいですが、こちらのものはイメージとしてはドイツハム的な感じかな
どれも優しい味で普通に美味いのだとは思うのですけど、イタリアンとしての自分の好みはくっきりとした味が好きなので、なんかピンとはこない
こればっかりは仕方ないですね
まぁでも他の人が食べたら普通に美味しいとは思うと思うかなぁ多分
