聖路加国際病院の近く、中央区明石町にあるカレーショップ『スリスティ』へ。ここ明石町を本店に、勝どきと豊洲で支店展開をしており、宅配などにも積極的なエリア密着型のカレー店のようです。店は地下にあり、空間は完全インド仕様になっております。カレーの種類は豊富で悩ましいところですが、数種類を楽しめるセットメニューの用意がございます。
３種類のカレーセット
チキン、キーマ、シーフードを選択。その他、マトン、ベジタブル、日替わりなんかの用意がございます。チキンはクリーミーで辛味は後から追いかけてくるイメージ。誤解を恐れずに言うと、適度な酸味の持ち主でマックのマスタードソースのよう。キーマは挽肉の口溶けがよく直線的な辛さをもたらすスパイス使い。シーフードは甲殻類の風味をカレーに活かしております。全体的に辛さはマイルドなので、辛いもの好きは調整してもらうのもありでございます。
