少し前に伺った築地の和食のお店。
店主もお若く、ここ２，３年前にオープンしたお店です。
お店に入ると左にカウンター。
店主がにこやかに出迎えて下さいます。
清潔そうな爽やかな明るい店内。
個室が３部屋、テーブル席、カウンターが５席。
接待などの個室使いがメインのお店という風に私は感じました。
お料理は６５００円のコースをいただきました。
この日のコースの内容は、
牡蠣の天ぷら
八寸
河豚の土瓶蒸し
お造り盛り合わせ
ホタテの真蒸焼き
豆乳のお雑炊 （写真を撮るのを忘れました・・・）
デザート
６５００円にしては十分な内容でした。
土瓶蒸しはスッポンで出汁をとっていらっしゃるとか？
とっても濃厚なお味でした。
個室で、ゆっくり、話をしながらの会食、にはお薦めのお店ですね。
盛り付け、お味などはオーソドックスな和食。可もなく不可もなく・・・という感じがしましたが・・・
まだまだ、若い店主に板前さん。今後に期待したいお店です。
