本鮪大トロで贅沢に作るねぎま鍋は絶品！！＠築地
上司の行きつけ、築地にある懐石料理屋さん。この日はねぎま鍋コース松12,300円/人をあらかじめ注文。
全料理とも美味しく、また刺身は岩塩でできた台に乗せられている等、種々、趣向も凝らされている感じで、さすがの本格懐石料理。
それでも、他のメニューの追随を許さないほどの絶品だったのが、ねぎま鍋。寿司屋の刺身・握りで出されるくらい品質の良い本鮪のカマとろ・脳天を贅沢に鍋で頂きます。サシが入り過ぎているため、生ではそんなにたくさん食べられないかもしれませんが、鍋にすることで適度に脂が落ち、それでいてジューシーさ・濃厚さ・柔らかさは残ったまま。
また鍋に落ちた出汁で作る雑炊も、言わずもがなの絶品。
感動するくらい美味しかったです！！

個室は広々、アクリル板設置等、感染対策も万全。
活車海老（まだ動いている）、中トロ、河豚等の刺身、毛蟹＋味噌等、豪華な食材をベストな調理で頂く贅沢さ。お酒も進む進む。
そしてお待ちかねの葱鮪鍋。刺身・握りで出されても良いくらい、品質の良い本鮪のカマとろ・脳天を贅沢に鍋で。
たっぷり脂が適度に落ち、それでいて旨味、濃厚さは残ったまま。鍋に落ちた出汁で作る雑炊の美味しさは、言わずもがな。
