築地の裏路地にある中華料理屋さんです。
本日は築地＜中国料理居酒屋 珍味館 築地店＞でカニチャーハンと半ラーメン680円です。
ランチは8種類、種類で高くても750円、平均680円。
激安ランチです。
今日は初めてなので一番オーソドックスなカニチャーハンと半ラーメン
を注文。カニチャーハンがついて680円は安いでしょ？？
注文して待つ事5分。
カニの身がどっさり乗った炒飯が登場！！
結構蟹の身が乗っています。
美味そうです♪
味ですが、うん？？ううん？？？
薄味なのか味が微妙にぼやけてます。
折角のカニの身もあまり活かされていない感じ。
ご飯も若干ベチャついていています。
う～ん残念。。
ラーメンは、澄んだ醤油スープにモヤシ・ネギ・ワカメ・挽肉がのています。
麺は柔らか目の中太麺。
こちらもスープが少しぼやけていて、ほんのり鶏ガラを感じられる程度です。
ただ上に乗っていた挽肉が甘めに味が付いていて、
この挽肉と一緒にスープや麺を食べると美味しいです。
不思議な感じですが。。。
全体的に味がぼんやりしています。
少し残念かな？？という感じのランチでした。
