紫水 築地本願寺のレストラン
店の名前の由来は書いてないようだが、山紫水明（さんしすいめい）からかと思う。

「月をさすゆび」（永福一成、能條純一）という築地本願寺がモデルとなった寺が登場するコミックを読んだ。その中でレストランが出てくる。実際にあるのかなと思って検索したら、この紫水を見つけた。ウェブサイトで見ると、お刺身御前や江戸前御前が美味しそうで食べたくなった。なお、私は見間違えていたが、レストランの営業時間は11：30～14：00と書いてある。ティーラウンジの方は8:00〜19:00である。
さて、夜６時過ぎに築地本願寺に着いた。美しい。しかも三日月が遠景になっている。
さて、紫水のレストランの方は閉店だが、ティーラウンジの方は営業していた。先客は女性１人だけ。テレビが点いていたが、興味がないので内容は記憶にない。不快ではなかった。
この時間ではメニューは限られており、門前せいろそば（内税700円）を注文。小鉢もなく、単に蕎麦だけだが結構美味しい。
サービス面ではお手拭きがある。最初から水もある。
いつか江戸前御前を食べられる時間に再訪問したいものである。

さほど寒くない平日に休みを取った。銀座のジャズ・カントリーに行くことに決め、その前に食事をすることにした。以前夜に行った紫水に昼に行くことにした。
昼12時前に店に入った。結構、客は入っているが、待たずに座れた。築地御膳（内税1,850円）を注文。ハマチとマグロの刺身、焼き物（だし巻き卵、昆布、鴨肉、焼き魚（鮭だったかな））、煮物（サヤエンドウ、麩、里芋）、かき揚げ、ライス、味噌汁に加え、デザート（キウイ、オレンジと、中にソースの入った凝ったムース（？））である。それぞれ美味しい。
サービス面ではおしぼりがある。お茶は頼む前に度々入れた。
料理もサービスも満足である。私の生活圏からは遠いのでなかなか行けないが、たまには行きたい。
