現在の Top priority は訪店エリアの拡大ですので、普段は余り伺わない
新富町にあるこちらのお店に伺わせて頂きました(●´ω｀●)
平日の開店直後の訪店で、先客無しの後客5名って感じですね。
「大衆」を謳うだけあって、店内に高級感はないものの、
接客を含めて居心地は良いお店です♡♡♡
「イカ墨のパスタ」が人気の様ですが、当日のメニューには
見当たらずで、以下の発注でありまする～♫
②パスタ：エビと枝豆のペペロンチーノ 1,000円
【グリーンサラダ or ミネストローネスープ】
ウーロン茶・ジャスミン茶 飲み放題
オーダー後直ぐに「グリーンサラダ」が着皿でしたが、メインに
使うであろうサイズのお皿に、こ～んもりと盛られています(￣｡￣;)
ドレッシングが少ない（ケチっている）お店が散見される中、
タ～～～ップリの量がかかっており、お味も良いです♡
次のメインのパスタが中々提供されず厨房内を観察していると、
このサラダは盛り付けの途中で1度ドレッシングをかけてから、
追加の盛り付け後に再度ドレッシングって感じで、
混ぜ混ぜする事無く食べれますので、これは嬉しいです(^^)/
この「自家製ドレッシング」はテイクアウトで販売もされていますので、
こちらのお店の隠れたスペシャリテ？みたいですね(^_-)-☆
10分j以上かかってパスタが着皿でしたが、具材であるエビと枝豆の
量は十分なものの、パスタの量が少なくて先に頂いたビッグサイズの
「グリーンサラダ」がメインとも言える面白い構成のランチであります。
後客の殆どが常連の男性客でしたが、迷う事無くサラダを選択でしたので、
健康に対する意識高い系の方にはお勧めのランチかとは思われます（笑
