「築地、新富町、八丁堀で焼肉が食べたい」
そんな時にお勧めなのが八丁堀と新富町の丁度中間地点にある焼肉 讚(サン)。
内臓系が美味しく、肉もしっかりとしていて美味しい。
この日頼んだのは
・ハツモト
・ハラミ
・上ミノ
・鶏ナンコツ
・ギアラ
豚や鶏も何種類か品揃えがあってオーダーに頭を悩ませながらチョイス。
中でも気になったのが一頭から100gしか取れないというハラミのスジという希少部位。
この日は残念ながらも置いてなかったが次回訪問時には真っ先に頼みたい。
お勧めのサワー「KIMINO YUZU」という焼酎で割ったサワーが柚子の香りが良くかなり飲みやすくてこのお酒目当てでもまた行きたいと思った。
YUZUハイボールも頼みウイスキーとの抜群の相性にも感動した。でも個人的にはサワーの方が好きかも。
一点だけ補足するとちょっと甘めなので焼肉、ホルモンとはあまり合わない。
締めに頼んだ石焼ビビンバも熱々でお焦げ満載で美味しかった。
