冷凍されていないチルド状態の入荷にこだわっているというだけに、どどーんと提供された“上盛合せ(ハラミ・トウガラシ・上ロース)”は店員さん曰く、この一皿が他店では30,000円(3種×3切れ)するとのこと。
冗談で言っているのか本気で言っているのか正直分からないボケっぷりだったもののこれ一切れ￥3,000超とは思えない見事なまでの普通クオリティだっただけになんだか全てが懐疑的に見えてしまう焼肉屋さんだぁね。
