ここが有名なすっぽん料理屋さんということを
ここ数年で知った。食べログを見ていてたまたま。
看板もないし、見ただけではなかなか分からなかった
けど。
今回はお店入って右奥の個室に案内してもらいました。
本日は隣の個室にもう1組、カウンターには誰も
いませんでした。
写真撮影は禁止なのでお食事の写真はないけど、
(思い出用にこっそり撮っちゃったのはあるけど笑、
一応禁止なのでUPはしません)、とにかく全ての
お料理がとっても洗練されていて、すごく美味しかった
です♩♩
デザートまでで全部で12皿、その中でも、
これらのお料理は特に美味で大好きでした！！
すっぽんの茶碗蒸し、からすみそば、胡麻豆腐、
すっぽんの唐揚げ、すっぽん鍋、すっぽん雑炊
最後は皆さんでお見送りして頂きました。
