[5 minutes walk from Tsukiji Station or Shintomicho Station] Simple Japanese cuisine in a hidden alley
An old house quietly nestled in the back alleys of the city. Simple traditional Japanese cuisine with an emphasis on seasonal fish and vegetables sourced from Toyosu. Delicious sake recommended for wa |
The first thing that surprised me when I entered the restaurant was that when I took off my shoes and sat at the counter, there was a warm hot water bottle under my feet! That alone was impressive. Each dish was carefully prepared and you could feel the attention to detail! The dishes were made to go well with sake, so I had no choice but to order sake. The alcohol lineup was excellent, and they even changed the temperature at which the sake was served depending on the brand. It was a restaurant where you could feel the attention to detail and hospitality of the customers everywhere.
