今日は、以前飲み会で行って美味しかった、こちらのお店に再訪しました。
日替わりランチ2種類と、半分ずつ食べられる定食、麺もの、ご飯ものなど単品があります。
日替わりランチは、
A 豚肉とニラともやし炒め
B 卵と貝柱の炒め物
貝が気になったので、
卵と貝柱の炒め物 1000円にしました。
5分ほどで提供され、メインの他にはスープ、キムチ、サラダ、杏仁豆腐が付いてきました。
スープは、卵、ワカメ、ネギ、豆腐などが入っていて、薄めの優しい味わいでした。
メインの炒め物は、卵がスクランブルエッグのような、ふわふわで柔らかい半熟さがちょうど良く、美味しかったです。
他にもピーマンやパプリカも少し入っていました。
ホタテの貝柱も柔らかくて、出汁が出ていて、小さめでしたがしっかり入っていたので、ホタテ好きにとってはたまらなく嬉しかったです。
塩気もちょうどよく、脂っこい感じがなく、上品な味わいだなと思いました。
杏仁豆腐は、程よい甘さでさっぱりとして美味しかったです。
店内は明るく、広々とした空間で、居心地が良かったです。
また、他のメニューも食べてみたいです。
