前から気になっていたお店が予約制になったということで、8月6日12時15分から「おまかせ1人前(握り8貫と巻物)」3名分で予約でを取りました。
実際には新型コロナの関係で1名キャンセルとなりましたが、コスパが良い最高のお鮨を頂きました。
お店はカウンター9席ありましたが、ランチは5名で営業されていて、しっかりソーシャル・ディスタンスが確保されていました。
1貫目：鮃昆布締め
2貫目：アオリイカ(塩)

特に旨かったのが、縞鯵、しめ鯖と漬け鮪❗
☆縞鯵は旨味が「かんずり」により際立っていて抜群❗
(かんずり：唐辛子を発酵させた辛味調味料)
☆しめ鯖は酢がきつくなく上品で、旨味があって滅茶旨かった。
☆漬け鮪は、振りかけた柚子皮の風味が爽やかで、鮪の旨味とのバランスが良くて旨かった。
一つ一つが丁寧な仕事で好感が持てます。
こんな素敵なお店で旨い鮨が1,650円で頂けるなんて奇跡です。
