2週間ほど前にお電話で予約。
予約時点で、8巻か12巻のどちらにするかを
女将さんに伝えます。
キャッシュオンリーです。
⭐️ランチおまかせ
8巻と巻物
・平目の昆布締め 梅肉をのせてあります。1巻目から美味しすぎて期待値が上がります。
・アオリイカ ねっとりとした食感で濃厚。お塩とすだちの加減が絶妙！
・甘エビの昆布締め 海老味噌がのっています。濃厚な味わい。
・ほたて 少し炙ってあるので外は香ばしく、中はまだみずみずしい。とても美味しい！
・メジマグロの藁焼き からしが上に。
すごくきめの細かいまぐろ。藁の香りが鼻からすぅ〜っと抜けて美味しい。
・ブリ かんずりを上に。程よく脂がのったブリ。身がふんわりと柔らかい。
・〆さば すごく繊細な鯖。ワイルドさよりも可憐さを感じました笑
・漬けまぐろ 文句なし！うんまいっ！！ねっとり濃厚。
・巻物 食べるのが勿体ないほど、ものすごく綺麗！！色々な食感と味が口の中で仲良く混ざり合う！
もっと早く訪問していればよかった、、、
お鮨激戦区の築地の中で、こんなに美味しいお鮨屋さんが近くにあったなんて。
他の百名店にも全く引けを取らない最高のお鮨。
なんなら百名店でそこまで美味しくないお鮨屋さん
よりもよっぽど美味しい！！
今度は夜に訪問してみたいです！
