ランチにお伺いしてみた。
カウンターの角のとこに取り付くべく。
月木限定で供していらっしゃるというマグロ丼、１２００円の値付け。
本マグロとのよし。赤身とすき身と。ネギがチョロっと。すき身と合わせてネギトロっぽくしてもよし。
メシは酢飯だった。
ワサビを醤油に溶いて、丼に少々かけまわして。
足りないかなってときは、醤油を別つけしつつの。
マグロは解凍ものだったにせよ。よかった。
・サラダは、レタスと水菜が盛られた上に、ゴボウのマヨネーズ和えをちょこっと。
・小皿はワカサギとタケノコを煮たの。
・薄味のゴボウのキンピラがちょろっと。
・味噌汁は、豆腐と多分、マグロがひとかけ。
熱いホウジ茶がポットにて準備されてて、適宜。
食べ終わってから気付いたのだが。
ご飯を余したときのため、明太子をほぐしたのが壺のなかに入ってて、適宜、使ってよかったみたい。なんて親切な。
月曜日の昼飯としちゃ、幸先がよかったかも。
