新富町『ピンクエレファント』にお邪魔しました。
この日は友人に19:30に予約して頂き4名で訪問しました。
お店に着くと先客は2グループほどで、私たちはテーブル席に通して頂きました。
まずは、チャーンビール大瓶（1,000円）を頂きます。
食事は、まず、パッドカナーナムマンホイ（1,150円）とパクチーシュッペントー（680円）、コームーヤーン（950円）、イジャオムーサップ（700円）、クンニムトートガテアム（700円）、ヤムウンセンタレー（1,580円）を頂きました。
パッドカナーナムマンホイはカイラン菜のオイスター炒めで、カイラン菜はシャキシャキで掛かっているニンニクチップとオイスターソースの相性が抜群です。
そしてパクチーシュッペントー（パクチーの天ぷら）ですが、これが最高に美味しい！
是非とも食べて頂きたい料理です。
コームーヤーン（豚トロ焼き）、イジャオムーサップ（豚ひき肉のタイ風オムレツ）、カオマンガイご飯無し（？？？円）もなかなか。
クンニムトートガテアム（柔らか海老のガーリック唐揚げ）は名前の通り柔らかく、ヤムウンセンタレー（シーフードのヤムウンセン）はとても味付けが美味しいのですが、後味が大変辛いのでご注文の際には注意が必要です。
飲み物は途中からモンスーンバレー赤（3,500円）にして。
そしてメニューにはないのですが、知人から進められてたカオソーイ（？？？円）を店員さんに聞いてみると、作ってくれるとの事で頂きました。
これまた美味しい。
麺おとカレーの相性抜群で、お腹いっぱいの筈なのに食べれてしまう。
あっ、トムヤムクンチャーハン（1,580円）も頂いておりました。
どれも本当に大変美味しかったです。
パクチーシュッペントー（680円）は次回も必ず食べなくては…。
