SNSにて「大きめの握り！」と聞きまして向かいました。
一貫目からかなりの大きさですが、
それに続くネタが2～4貫分もあろうかと思うほどで、
とにかくデカネタです。
ここまで大きいにぎりですと、
「昔はにぎり寿司はひとこえ一貫付け、あまりに大きいってんでそれを切って二貫。
それが習慣になってひとこえ二貫がお好みのにぎりになった。」
って話に信憑性が湧いてくるというもの。
こはだなど、ひとくちで頬張るにも限度がありそうな大きさでした。
帆立も目を見張る大きさですね。
ネタの質はバラけています。
ピンのピンよりは、
セカンド～サードでコスパの高いものを選んで仕入れのモットーでしょうか。
ちゃんと江戸前の技法ではありますので、
「質より量だね」とがっかりすることはないでしょう。
ゆえにリーズナブルですね。
もちろん、マグロも赤身、中トロといただけますので、
お値段を考えれば不満の出る方は少ないのでは。
日本酒は新潟銘柄を中心に、オンリストではないオススメも含めて7種類ほど。
淡麗系地酒が絶対NGという方でなければ、楽しく飲めるラインナップでしたよ。
店内は禁煙です。
揚げ物の調理もなかったので、髪や服への臭い移りはありません。
お手洗いは裏手の出入口から出て、ビルの共有ゾーンですが、
こちらもほぼ専用ゾーンのように使えました。
