Fixed point observation part 2
I want to go there sometimes. The entrance to Tsukiji Outer Market is located at the corner of the intersection of Namiyoke Shrine and Harumi Street. Although it was raining today, the attendance was 100% and the venue was fully booked. By chance, there was one seat available, so I entered the store without any problems. Today's recommendations on the blackboard were Misuji and Kami Mino, but today I also went with the red meat mode and had a red mixed skirt steak and ribs lunch for 1,500 yen. It feels better than last time. A total of 8 slices, 4 extra thick short ribs and 4 skirt steak. The red meat that blends well with the momi sauce seems to overflow from the tray. Place it on the stove and let it simmer for 30 seconds on one side, then quickly turn it over and wait another 20 seconds until it becomes lightly browned and the sweet fat from Yakiniku (Grilled meat) explodes! It has a fruity aroma and the flavor of ginger and sesame.It's good to add a little bit to the dipping sauce. I was satisfied with the delicious and piping hot rice. Thank you for the meal.

築地波除神社手前交差点角にあるこちらで
赤肉ミックスランチ1500円いただきました。
焼肉ここからは チェーン展開されているので
店名ご存知の方も多いかと思います。
ただこちら店名の最後に“R”と文字が多い^_^
”R”レア肉の頭文字で通常店より希少部位の
取り扱いが多いレアなお店。何回か既に
お邪魔してますので肉のクオリティ鮮度も
良きことは既知なんですが、たまに無性に
焼肉モクモク気分になりますとお伺いしてます。
いつもは1000円のカルビ定食1000円か
ハラミ定食1000円かの選択なんですが
今日はしっかりお肉モードなので両方頂ける
贅沢 赤肉ミックスランチを選択です♪
5分もするとステンレス皿に大量に盛られた
お肉が登場！おお〜分厚い！
コレは 焼き応えあります。ロースターに
お肉並べてファイヤ〜からの自家製漬けだれ
にディープダイブ♪
お肉 甘いです♪ ちょうど良き噛み締め具合
スッと脂部分が前歯で切れます。
コンロでじゅわーで チャップンタレ漬け
ホールインワンで昇天！！
久しぶりの定点観測ですが、やはり美味かった！
ごちそうさまでした。
お昼のランチセット。レア肉を売りにしていて色んな部位のお肉がミックスで提供されてます。つけだれも独特で良いです。焼き肉ここから系列でもレアなお店かもです。今回は
少しお肉のカットサイズが小ぶりになって種類が増えたような感じでした。

築地方面ランチ探訪。
晴海通りと築地波除神社のある交差点
付近角地にあります。水曜日は場外市場
休みのところが多いですがこちらは営業してました。
1軒程の極小な入り口で 奥行きのある店内。
2人テーブル席へ案内頂きました。
本日も 赤MIX(カルビとハラミ)のセット
1500円頂きました。
各々大ぶりカットな焼肉４枚づつとシシトウ。
つけダレは 生姜と胡麻と果肉ブレンドの
甘口タレ。
ご飯大盛りサービスで、カクテキのお漬物
味噌汁が1セット。
コンロに火を入れてしばし鉄板が温まるのを待って
ぽちぽちと焼いていきます。
十分なタンパク質が取得できます。
やはり ハズレがない安定の美味しさ^_^
これぐらいのボリューム感が無理なく良き
ごちそうさまでした。
