築地場外市場の隠れた宝石、レアなお肉を楽しめる焼肉店でのランチ体験をお伝えします。
以前より気になっていたお店で今回ランチで訪問。
注文したのは赤MIX定食1500円
カルビとハラミが入った定食です。
お肉の他にご飯と大根のカクテキとお味噌汁がついてきます。
ご飯は大盛り無料だったので大盛りをお願いすることにしました。
この定食には、とろけるようなカルビとハラミがセットになっています。
その味、一言で言うと絶品。
お肉は柔らかく、半分レアで頂くことで、その真骨頂の美味しさを堪能することができます。
つけだれに関しては、たっぷりと提供されるので、お肉に贅沢に絡めて味わうことができます。
全体として、この店のランチは心からの満足を得られるものでした。
築地のこの焼肉店、一度訪れれば忘れられない味の体験となるでしょう。
是非夜来てみたいお店ですね。
