土曜日だからか静かな店内だった。
あまり中華には行かないが、ツレの要望もあり初訪問。
中華らしい鮑やフカヒレなどを使いながら、茶碗蒸しなども混ぜていて、考え方や味付けが和食にも近い感じ。
味は美味しい。
でも何か物足りない。
おそらく、店の外観から想像する店内ではないからだと思う。
おしゃれなイメージから入ると、かなりチープというか庶民的な感じすら受ける。
そして店員さんが元気ない。
久しぶりにあんなに声が小さい人に出会ったって言うぐらい小さい。
なんか活気と雰囲気がないから、味は良いのに物足りない。
原価の高い中華料理だから仕方ない部分はあるけど、あの雰囲気では、ちょっと高いなって感じる。
機会があれば来たいと思うので3.5点。
