I went to Tsukiji for the first time in a while with my workmates. I visited this shop that had been open since early on. For drinks, I started with Akaboshi. The pottery is still as good as ever. I asked them to bring it slowly because it would get cold, but they came all at once (lol) I also ordered the highly recommended charcoal-grilled seri and charcoal-grilled bonjiri.Are they both frozen?The seri was pretty good, but... Naturally, I get tired of the greasy bonjiri that comes out like this.The fried chicken that my friend ordered was also a bit disappointing.It's good because it's the main restaurant and they have a decent amount of sake, but the food is honestly not as good as it is. That's what I thought. Thank you for the meal.
