Visited on Saturday afternoon. I had made a reservation in advance. [Points] Our restaurant is tucked away in the back of the restaurant, and you can relax and enjoy delicious snacks and sushi in a calm space, but the billing was not transparent and the cost performance was not good. I guess it's the location fee. [About the store] This is a little-known store tucked away in the back of a narrow street in the Tsukiji outer area. There seemed to be a lot of tourists, especially foreigners, on this day, but due to the location, I was the only customer. It's off-site, so it's quite a walk from the station. [Inside the store] It's mostly outside and it's a little cold, but you can protect yourself from the rain and wind. There are about 6 counter seats. It's a very calm space, away from the hustle and bustle outside. Unlike other off-site shops, the interior is tasteful and the space is a little spacious, so you can relax. The general and the landlady have a two-person operation, and the general is not wearing a mask. [Meal Contents] There are no courses or menus. You can choose the nigiri of your choice, and you can also have snacks if you wish. However, if they didn't prepare a menu, I would have liked some more suggestions and ideas. When I asked if I wanted a small snack, it turned out to be a large squid dish. Since I was the only one who had made a reservation, I wanted something like 3 small snacks, which is typical of Tsukiji and caters to drinkers. I wanted to grab a few more bites, but I gave up as I felt like I was about to grab something. There seems to be only one type of sake, and the brand is unknown. It was Minami in a rocks glass. We received the following dishes. ○ Stuffed squid with roe ○ Lean meat ○ Medium fatty ○ Chicken shellfish ○ Salmon roe ○ Conger eel ○ Miso soup (service) [Meal impressions] Everything was delicious. There's nothing special about it, and it feels like off-site sushi, but I think it's of a high standard among the many restaurants out there. The snack was only squid, but it was also of high quality and went well with the alcohol. The grips are small in size and have a firm grip overall. The freshness of the ingredients is good. The salmon roe was especially plentiful and delicious. The raw chicken shellfish were small. I'm not dissatisfied with the food, but I have to say that the bill was 6,000 yen, which was expensive. In my opinion, no matter how you calculate it, it will never come to this price. I was the only one there, so there was no confusion, and I think that's what the store is like. I think you can get better value and delicious sushi at other off-site restaurants. This is rare in a restaurant that is not aimed at tourists. The store is set up quietly in the back of the store, and people say that there is always a lot of people around, so putting aside the service, it's a store with a nice atmosphere, and for a moment I felt like supporting them. It just disappeared.
