今回は築地駅から徒歩3.4分のところにある
大阪焼肉ホルモンふたご築地店へ。
普段からよく近所のふたごは
利用するのですが、築地店は初めて！
入り口は右側にある階段か、
左手の廊下にあるところをすすみ(画像で載せています)、
エレベーターから行けます！
今回はコースで注文したのですが、
最初に半殺しキムチ、キムチ盛り合わせ、
ナムル盛り合わせ、韓国のり、
ごま塩キャベツが出てきました。
お肉くる前からすごいボリューム！
半殺しキムチはかなり辛いので、
苦手な方は注意してください
キムチ盛り合わせは、
カクテキ、オイキムチ、白菜キムチ、
切り干し大根？キムチの4種類！
ナムル盛り合わせは、
もやし、青菜、大根、ゼンマイです。
ごま塩キャベツは、
ただのごま塩の味ではなくて、
しっかりと旨味のあるドレッシングの
ようなものがかかっていました。おいしい！
ここからはお肉がスタート！
ライスもついてきますが、
お肉と食べたいので早めに持ってきてもらいました！
⌘上タン塩
塩加減ばっちり！タンはサクサクしっとりで、
とっても美味しいー！ご飯が進みます！
⌘ふたご盛り
・豚のミノ
豚のホルモンですが、臭みは全くなく、
こりこり食感が癖になります〜！
・豚のはらみ
こちらも全く臭みなし！
噛むとジューシーな肉汁が溢れてきます。
・小腸
脂部分がすごく大きいのですが、
全然しつこくなくおいしい！
ぷりぷり食感もいいです◎
・豚のあご
タン下のような食感で食べやすい
続いて今回楽しみにしていた
⌘黒毛和牛のはみ出るカルビ
鉄板から大きくはみ出ていて、テンション上がります！
久々に食べましたが、やっぱりボリューミー！

予約した方がいいと思います。
ちなみに、この黒毛和牛カルビは4つの部位に
分けられるらしく、リブマキ、脂少なめのリブ芯、
脂多めの下駄カルビとカブリとあるので、
色々な風味が楽しめて良かったです！
⌘赤身・ホルモンのスタミナ焼き
脂身が多めなカルビの後だったので、
一気にお腹いっぱいになった感じがあったのですが、
あっさり系なホルモンはいくらでも
食べられちゃいそうでした笑
⌘ホルモン盛り
こちらもホルモンの盛り合わせ。
初めて食べたウルテが
コリコリしていて食感が面白かったです。
⌘こだわりの一口冷麺
ふたごに行ったら絶対頼む冷麺！
鰹節の風味がしっかりあって、個人的には好き。
味はそこまで濃くないんだけど、締めに最適！
全部おいしかったー！
築地って休日空いてる店少ないからありがたい。
また行きたいな。
