東京メトロ 日比谷線築地駅の１番出口を出ると、
新大橋通りがあるので、右折して、新富町方面へ、
ほんの少し歩くと築地本願寺前の信号がある。
この信号を渡らずにすぐ右折して、ず～と直進すると
突き当たりに、築地七丁目の信号がある。
この信号を渡って、右折して、居留地中央通りを
築地六丁目信号方面へ、少し歩き、最初の十字路を
左折して、ず～とず～と歩き、突き当りの手前右手に、
本日、お邪魔した『ほんまの肉バル』さんがある。
平日の１１時４５分に入店。
店内に入ると、先客はいない。
男性店員が「お好きなところどうぞ」と迎えてくれた。
入口を入って左手のテーブル席に座る。
テーブル席に着いて、メニュー表でメニューを確認。

今日は売り切れだとアナウンスを受け、
再び、メニュー表に目をやり
「生姜の香り豊かな豚ロースの生姜焼きプレート」を
再発注する。
待つこと１５分。
「生姜の香り豊かな豚ロースの生姜焼きプレート」が
提供された。
「生姜の香り豊かな豚ロースの生姜焼きプレート」の
内容は、ワンプレートに、
「豚ロースの生姜焼き」「千切りキャベツ」
「ライス」と別のコップで「スープ」である。
「豚ロースの生姜焼き」の見た目は、
豚ロースと飴色になった玉ねぎが
食べやすいサイズにカットされている。
そして、「豚ロースの生姜焼き」を食べると
豚ロースに、ほんのりと生姜の風味が
感じられるタレが絡んでいて、ご飯が進む。
豚ロースは、柔らかい肉で歯切れが良く、
肉の旨味と玉ねぎの甘みが感じられて、
普通に旨い。
「スープ」は、
少し塩味が利いた「わかめスープ」である。
そんな、「豚ロースの生姜焼き」を「ご飯」に
合わせ乍ら食べ進めて、
箸休めで「千切りキャベツ」に、和風と胡麻の
２種類のドレッシングを掛けて、
横にあったマヨネーズを付け乍ら、
「千切りキャベツ」を食べて、
最後に「わかめスープ」を飲んで完食。
本日は、清潔感がある店内で「生姜の香り豊かな豚ロースの生姜焼きプレート」を堪能したＱちゃんでした。
