１．訪店目的
・当日は築地エリアでのネタ拾いで、ランチのお店としての選店
２．お店の情報

・脱サラして、料理人になった店主殿が営む小料理屋さん
・営業時間 11:30〜14:00 17:30〜23:00

3．当日の混雑状況とお店の雰囲気
・平日の11:55頃の訪店で、先客4名＆後客7～8名
・カウンター席からは、調理風景が良く見える大好きな雰囲気

■さんま塩焼き 1,300円
（ごはん＆みそ汁は、お替り自由！）
“ 銀鱈 “ が気になりつつも、今季はまだ “ 秋刀魚 ” を頂いていませんし、
この機会を逃すと食べないで終わる気もしますので、
上記商品を発注させて頂いた次第であります !(^^)!
お店の方が差し出してくれた「おしぼり」と湯気が立つ
熱々のお茶を頂きながら、待つ事12～3分で着盆でありまする～♬
さんまの塩焼き、小鉢、お漬物、ごはん、みそ汁、お醬油と言った
構成の定食ですが、焼き立ての「秋刀魚」は勿論の事、
ご飯もお味噌汁も湯気が立つアツアツ状態での提供です♡
「秋刀魚」はジューシーな火通りで、箸を入れた時の身離れが
抜群でしたので、鮮度が良いモノを仕入れておられるんですね（嬉
品数が多いわけではありませんが、出来るだけ良い料理を
提供しようと言うお店側の “真摯“ な姿勢が伝わって来る、
満足度が非常に高い定食です♡♡♡
6. 総括
先週伺った至近の場所にあるお寿司屋さんもそうでしたが、
場外市場から離れるとまだまだ良店があると言う事を
再認識させて頂いた、ゆっきょしであります （●＾o＾●）
