ここは以前「Bistro B.V.（ぶーみんヴィノム）」があったところですね。
2度ほど行ったんですが、その2度とも「料理がでてくるのがとってもとっても遅かった」ので、
以来近づかなくなったお店でした（笑）
で、そのあとオープンしたのがコチラ。
このエリア(八丁堀)では、コチラを含めて3店舗ほど同じような感じで展開しているようです。
九州の炉端焼きを全面に謳ったお店です。
行ってみたいと思ったのは「馬刺し」が美味しそうだったから。
まあその馬刺しはイマイチでしたが、
全体的にはリーズナブルで美味しいです。
しかし店長さん、大変ですね～
オープンして約2か月弱ですが、3人のスタッフさんは皆外国人で慣れない様子。
スタッフさんの取っているオーダーや酒や料理の提供にも注視し、声を掛けたり、指導したり…
しかもいつの間にか席は満席。
すでに人気店になっているようですが、サービス面で評価を落とされないことをお祈りします。
