東京五大煮込みの一軒 月島と勝鬨の間にある岸田屋さんに初訪問してきました。
開店が16時なので、なかなか伺うことができなかったのですが、夏休みに入ってその機会がやっと訪れました。
月島駅から歩きます。この日は住吉神社大祭だったようで、半纏姿の人がたくさんいました。神主さんが神輿の前で祝詞をあげています。それを横目に、当地を目指しますが、方向がわからなくなって右往左往して、やっとの思いで到着します。15:50
シャッターは閉まっています。開店は16時過ぎと書かれています。先客さんらしき人も。同伴者を待っていたようです。
16時ちょっと過ぎに中から人が出てきて、シャッターを開け、暖簾をかけます｡どうぞの一言を頂いて入店します。お好きな所へで、厨房側の端に陣取りました。
続々と入店して、8人ほどです。
注文は、ハイボールと煮込みとポテトサラダ
厨房では女性3人が切り盛りしていました。接客も。ハイボール、ポテトサラダ、煮込みの順に到着しました。ポテトサラダは胡椒の効いたをしっかり潰したもので、お酒に合う感じがしました。このタイプはあまり他にはなかったかな。美味しいです。続いて煮込み。ネギたっぷり（追加）で、ドロっとした感じ、お皿で提供です。色々な部位を視覚で確認できました。とても柔らかく、臭みのない味噌仕立ての美味しい煮込みです。追加注文したかったのですが、次もあるのでグッと我慢。再訪かな。
幅狭のこの字カウンターと壁側の席、20人弱かな。壁やがくの色は時代を感じます。天井には魚拓が貼られていました。皆さんのコメント通りです。雰囲気はとてもいい感じですね。
