昔、大学生時代に読んだ『美味しんぼ』の『ジャン-ルピック氏』の挿話が強烈に印象的でいつか訪れてみたいと思っていましたが、やっと念願叶いました。
金曜日の15時57分に着くと行列8番目でした。
お店は間口２間・奥行２間半のスペースに、コの字と右側壁沿いにI字のカウンターがあります。
その奥が調理場です。
自分はカウンター右角に通されました。
女性3名で給仕や調理をされてます。
カウンター右角に座り、注文したのは煮込み、ぬた、瓶ビールです。煮込みを注文するとネギは？と聞かれますのでもちろん下さい！です。
煮込みがやって来ました。七味をかけていただきます。
薄い茶色の味噌とモツから出た旨味が合わさって
ウマ〜
歯応えもクニュクニュしたものやコリコリしたものがありウマい。ビールが進みます。
ぬたも酢味噌が効いて美味かった。
ウーロンハイを追加。
しめて2,680円でした。
