Founded in 1900 as a sweet red bean soup shop, it became the current Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in 1966. It's OK for the representative to line up, as long as everyone is there by the time they enter the restaurant. |
月島駅、勝どき駅からも行けるこちらのお店。
人気店の為、いつも行列だと思いますので、
開店時間前に並ぶのがおすすめです(๑◔‿◔๑)
店内は昭和感ただよいながらも汚さのないノスタルジックさをかもしだしていました。
これはお酒がすすむ。
そして人がよい。
食事は、
煮込み、(濃い煮込みにネギのペアリングが抜群。軟骨の食感もgood)
ぬた、(味噌和えが嫌いな人も好きになれる味。)
ポテサラ、(濃いめの胡椒が酒をすすめる。ペースト寄りの手作りポテサラも意外と珍しいような。)
肉豆腐、(まず肉が柔らかい。そして豆腐もこだわりがありそう。ネギももちろん新鮮。しっかり味が染みていて煮込みに味が寄るかなと思ったがしっかり別物として味わえました。)

レモンサワー、レモンの技が効いていてうまい。
を頼みましたがどれも裏切らない!
また違う商品も食べに行きたい!
