お店の外に、紹興酒の樽がずらり並んだ麗江。
前からずっと気になっていました。
大好きなエビと卵のチリソース定食だったので、迷わずここに。
定食スタイルの日替わりランチ2種類は、毎日変わるようです。
他には、麺類も何種類か用意されていました。
鶏ガラスープを出すお店が一般的だと思いますが、麗江のはとろみがありながらも優しい味つけでほっとできました。
エビチリは、海老こそ4つ入っていただけですが、プリプリで卵トロトロでご飯に合います。
玄米ご飯でいただけるが、嬉しいところです。
全体的に、化学調味料の味を感じさせない優しい味の中華でした。
パンチが欲しい方は、胡椒やラー油をもらうことをお勧めします。
