肉の日、待ちわびてました。
29日はトラジでお得にいただけると知ったのは昨年の話。
ようやく来れました(笑)てかトラジそのものが初めてです。
11時半だと遅いと思ったので11:20くらいに伺ったらほぼほぼ満席。危なかったぜ。
数量限定の御膳を召し上がってる方が多かったです。
両方楽しみたいからカルビとロースのmixを。
七輪がやってきました。一緒にいた後輩と、煙吸うところパイプオルガンみたいだね、私は竹取物語と思ってました、という具合のやり取りをするような煙吸機？です(笑)これ、結構優秀で、店内至る所でジュージュー焼いてるにも関わらずあまりにおいがしません。
そして運ばれてきた肉の塊ちゃん、とそのお供。
七輪で焼いてから切るのですが…しばらく待っても全然中まで火が通りません(笑)
仕方ないのでカットしてからももうしばらく焼くことに。
とりあえずサラダを。ゴマドレが美味しいけど、ひさびさに甘味のない固いキャベツを食べたな…という印象。
スープはとても美味しい！鶏ガラスープです。わかめ、ネギや白ゴマ、天かすサイズの豚の脂身が浮いてます。ごはんとスープはお代わり出来ます！
キムチは普通に美味しいキムチです。
ご飯はご飯だけで味わうと甘味を感じました。ちゃんと炊けてるし状態も良い。
ようやく肉が焼けました。

肉が柔らかいっ！タレもうまい！ご飯に合うこと合うこと！！
肉は蕩ける～♪というわけではないですし、たまにスジもありますがとても美味しかったです！！
結構量があります。私今焼き肉食べてる！！お腹いっぱい美味しい焼き肉食べてる！！という幸せいっぱいな気分になれました(笑)
通常価格なら他の店に行くけど、29日なら毎月ここに来ても良いかも(笑)
