中央区晴海にある複合ビル『晴海トリトンスクエア』３階にある焼肉店です。
お店は、ビルの飲食店エリアの奥のほうにあります。
単価は高いお店であるものの、ランチタイムは人気でビル内の他店と同様に行列していますね。
店内は、テーブル席がメインですが、カウンター席もあります。
焼肉は、炭火焼きで注文するとコンロを持ってきてくれます。カウンター席にも排煙装置が付いているので、どの席でも焼肉が楽しめます。
ランチメニューは平日限定の焼肉Express御膳（１，６００円）は、スピードメニューの焼肉ランチセットでおすすめメニューになっています。量が食べられない人にはＳサイズ（１，２００円）もあります。
他には、ちょっと豪華なトラジ御膳（２，６００円）、ランチタイムの会食に使える特選トラジ御膳（４，５００円）など、幅広くありますね。
いただいたのは、
■焼肉Express御膳（１，６００円）
焼肉は、中落カルビ、サガリ、熟成漬け込み和牛の３種類が各３切れです。
手前の赤色が明るく、しっかりとサシの入ったものが中落カルビですね。
見た目どおりの脂が美味しいお肉です。
お店によっては、また、使っているお肉によっては硬い部位ですが、そこはトラジのクオリティで硬くありません。さすがに「口の中で溶ける」というと嘘になりますが、普通のお肉の硬さですね。
この食感にするために努力もしており、スジっぽいところに上手に包丁も入っていて、単に仕入れの力だけで営業していないところが見えますね。
つけダレは、サラッとしていてあっさり味なので味わいの中心はお肉自体の美味しさです。
サガリは、ハラミとほぼ同じ横隔膜のお肉です。こちらも上手に整えられていて、肉の旨みと脂のバランスがいい味です。焼肉の王道という味わいでしょう。
ただ、ここまで肉の厚みを整えると切り落としている部位も多いと想像できるので、端切れを無駄にしていないことを祈るばかりです。
熟成漬け込み和牛は、見た目の色合いは悪いですが、タレによる旨みも加わり、柔らかく、ご飯に合う美味しさがあります。
スジもあるのですが、薄く切ってあるので気になりません。
焼き物の副菜としては、ネギ、カボチャ、韓国の餅があります。この餅ですが、焼き上がりのタイミングがよくわからないですね。
ご飯は、炊きたてで美味しいです。肉×ご飯を満喫できるよう、大盛りも無料です。
スープは、わかめが入るあっさりしたもの。
漬物は、キムチがメインで、オイキムチもあります。キムチは甘さもある上質なもの。
オイキムチは、まったく辛くなく、漬かっているかわからないぐらいの浅漬けです。
同行者はＳサイズにしていましたが、お肉が各２切れになる以外は変わりません。女性にはこのぐらいがちょうどいいでしょう。
ちょっと高いですが、お店の雰囲気もいいですし、肉質は価格相応にいいので美味しい焼肉ランチが楽しめますね。
