片面焼きがお約束のネギ塩タン発祥と噂されるお店ですが、お店では「元祖塩焼肉」と謳っていますね。基本はネギ塩焼肉なのでどちらでもいいのでしょうw。個人的にはネギ塩系でスタート、ホルモンをはさみ、締めにネギメシ（塩）＋ネギ塩系に戻るのがルーチン。最高です。ごちそうさまでした。
