２０１３年４月、仕事で東京へ行ったとき、同行者が連れて行ってくれました。
生まれてこの方四十数年、もんじゃ初体験です。
正直、どんな食べものかも、どんな味なのかもまったく想像出来ず。
お店に入ってから、同行者からは放牧状態だったので、なにをどう注文していいのか解らなかったので店員さんにお任せ。
ほどなくして（料理？、原材料？）到着。
店員さんが「こいつらに焼かせたらどうなるんだろうか？」と不安に思ったか思わないかはおいといて、
最初から最後まで、手取り足取り教えてくれました。
出来たよ～との声で、みんなで一斉に「パクッ」。
旨い～♪
あっという間に『お！石狩』がなくなり、直ぐに追加。
食べ終わってみたら、４人で５品平らげていました。
また機会があれば、いや機会が無ければ作ってでも食べに行きたいお店が出来ました♪
