日曜日の夜事前に電話予約して伺った
入り口近くの大き目な掘りごたつ式の席に案内された
スタッフの方が丁寧に料理の説明をしてくれて
鍋料理がかなりボリュームがあるとのことで
焼肉を頼むのはハードルが高いとのことで
キムチの盛り合わせと海鮮チヂミ小サイズで様子を見ることに
キムチは結構辛目
チヂミは外はパリパリで中がふわっとして美味しかった
20分くらいしてから
ご主人らしき人が上手く鍋が出来上がりましたと言って
持ってきてくれた
すぐにスタッフが鶏をほぐして出来上がり
予約でしか食べれないのがタッカンマリという鶏の鍋料理は
一日限定５食らしい
水炊き鍋のようだが出汁がとても美味い
これは酒が進みます
生ビールの後に頼んだアルコール度数25度の韓国の焼酎も鍋によくあった
その後はマッコリで〆た
鍋はラーメンを入れてその後雑炊の予定だったが
ラーメンだけでお腹いっぱいになってしまった
次回は4人くらいできて焼肉も食べてみたい
女性スタッフの接客はとても良かった
