タッカンマリが有名なお店ですが、今回は参鶏湯をいただきました。
タッカンマリ同様、鳥はホロホロで、とっても柔らかく、優しい味付けです。
中身は、もち米、プルーンのような果樹、高麗人参など、いろんな具材が入っていて、身体に良さそうです。
味付けがほとんどされていないため、塩味を自分で調整しますが、塩だけで、深みのある美味しさです。
結構量があり、3人で注文したので、最後は少しあきてしまいました。
5人くらいで注文して、他にチャプチェやチヂミなど、一品料理も追加の方が良いかなと思いました。
