息子が軽度の小麦アレルギーのため、もんじゃやお好み焼きは外食では絶対無理と諦めていましたが、これだけグルテンフリーのお店が増えているのでもんじゃやお好み焼きももしかしたらあるかも？と思いネットで探してこちらのお店を発見してすぐ伺いました。
ネットにはグルテンフリー対応と書いてあっても、あまりオーダーが無く、米粉メニューがなくなってしまっているお店も結構あるので予約時に電話で確認したところちゃんとありますとのことでした。
ただ、小麦メニューと同じ鉄板なので重度のアレルギーの方はご注意下さいとの説明もありました。
息子と来ることは無いだろうなと諦めていたもんじゃ＆お好み焼き。
目の前にある鉄板をはじめて見た息子も大喜びです。
米粉メニューもありますが、オリジナルメニューは米粉で作ることも可能だそうです。

米粉メニューは言われなければ米粉であることがわからないのでは？と思うほど普通に美味しかったです。
お客様の半分くらいは米粉バージョンを注文されるそうで、多い日はオーダーすべて米粉バージョンという日も珍しくないとか。
