一口目でインパクトのあるスープで美味いと感じるラーメン屋さんとは一味違うお店。醤油ベースに生姜が効いた少し酸味のあるスープ、ツルツルモチモチの麺は一口食べてもあぁ美味しいと思う程度、だけど気がついたらスープまで飲み干してる。それでもまだ食べたくなる。飽きの来ないように作られてるのか、後引くうまさが尋常じゃない。
セットの牛すじカレーは平たいお皿で来てるので、ちょっと冷めてたのが残念だったけど、それでも美味い。
味の濃い、インパクトのあるラーメン屋さんはそれはそれで好きだけど、毎日来たいとは思わない。
月島ロックさんは、毎日でも来てみたい。そんなお店さんでした。
