エビチリ刀削麺とは
久しぶりのたんたん、エビチリ刀削麺なる目新しいメニューを注文。汁麺かと思ったら平皿に刀削麺と千切りキャベツ少々、その上からエビチリがかかっていました。味は途中で飽きたけど、麺がモチモチで美味しかったです。
ここは炒飯がまずいけど今日のは良かった、と連れ。
年中無休で使い勝手のよい中華屋さんなので味が多少ブレてもご愛嬌です。４名席の仕切りやレジ前の除菌ジェルなど、新型コロナ対策も意識されていました。

土曜のランチで先客5組でした。壁に「黙食」の文字、ホッピーの広告と並んでなぜか甘露寺蜜璃さんのポスターも。
パイコー炒飯を注文しました。薄味チャーハンに甘辛味の鶏唐揚げとネギどっさり、パイコーはしっかり身があり衣が最後までパリパリで美味しかったです。実はセットでミニ炒飯も付いてきて（ダブル炒飯か！）笑っちゃったのですが、後からこれもどうぞとミニ麻婆豆腐を出してくれました。間違いだったのかな(^^?
