本日は周りに人がいなくて、結局1人で新店探索へ。
どうせならと少しフライングして出発。
晴海通りを築地方面へ歩き、清澄通りを渡って左折。
少し歩くと中華料理屋を発見。
混む時間の前なので、ガラガラだけど、
既にお客さんが座っているテーブルに相席で案内される。
こちらもお一人様なので、別に構いませんが。
メニューは街の中華屋さんらしく、安くてボリューミー。
そんな中から、本日の限定メニューのよだれ鶏冷麺780円を注文。
半チャーハン付き。
到着した冷麺には一面に細かく切ったレタスが覆っている。
平打ちの麺を引っ張り出すと、タレと既にあえてあって少しピリ辛。
レタスと麺の間には結構な量の蒸し鶏と千切りのキュウリ、そしてネギ。
グチャグチャとかき混ぜながら、ワシワシと食べる。
半チャーハンは、シッカリと炒めてあるが、ちょっと味が薄い。
でも向いの人は、タップリな量のチャーハンセットを食べていたので、
好みの問題かと。
