中央区晴海にある複合施設『晴海トリトンスクエア』３階にある台湾料理店です。
お店はビルのメインエントランスフロアの２階からエスカレーターで上がったレストランフロアにあります。
レストランフロアの中でも、比較的低価格の予算で食事できるお店で、内装も簡素で標準的な中華料理店という感じです。
２人用、４人用テーブルがずらりと並ぶ機能的なレイアウトですね。
ランチメニューは、７８０円からあり、内容も定食や麺とチャーハンのセットなど、バリエーションが豊富です。
また、季節メニューの冷やし中華もランチタイムにはお得なセットで提供しています。
いただいたのは、
■台湾担仔麺（８８０円）
台湾名物の小丼で提供される麺料理ですが、日本人仕様、ランチ仕様にボリュームアップしたものです。
あっさり味のスープ、標準的な中華麺で、優しい味わいのラーメンです。
具は、肉みそ、味玉半分、もやし、ニラです。
野菜が多いのも健康的でいいでしょう。
担仔麺っぽさを出しているのは、肉みそと味玉ですね。
肉みそに適度な甘さがある点に加えて、味玉はしっかりと煮込まれたものです。台湾料理らしい特徴ですね。
台湾には鐵蛋という煮卵があり、味玉はしっかりと味付けする文化があります。
こういう食文化の背景を理解して、低価格なれど、上手に作ってありますね。
付属の半チャーハンは、作り置きですね。
具は端切れのチャーシューが少量入る程度で、味は日本ではなく大陸系のややクセありですが、ボリュームはなかなかあります。
サイドメニューとしては十分な実力でしょう。
デザートに杏仁豆腐も付いて、これで８８０円なら安いと思います。
質より量が重視されていると思いきや、安いなりに台湾の味を再現しているのがいいですね。
本物の台湾料理かと言うと、そうではありませんが、台湾料理系の中華料理店としては、まずまずの実力のお店だと思います。
