月島にある山形山さん。
焼肉の気分だったので、初訪問してみました。
ランチセットもありますが、アラカルトで注文しました。

・柚子冷麺

かなり濃いめの味付け。
別添えのネギダレ？もありましたが、不要なくらいしっかりと味が付いていました。
味濃いのが好きな人は好きそう。
枚数が多いのは嬉しいポイント。
肉質はしっかり系(タン先？)。

美味しい。

肉質良い感じでジャキジャキ食感！

トロトロ。
50gが丁度良い。
▷牛ハツモト
ハツモトがない店も多いので、メニューにあるのが嬉しい。
シャキシャキ食感で美味。
まとめると、普通に美味しい焼肉屋さんという印象。
